1021 | Brickworks Ciderhouse Batch 1904 | Canada | Cider | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7 473ml can
5.0%
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada - Sobey's Plaza)
September 23, 2020
$3.40
The cider pours a very pale translucent gold colour. There is no head, but effervescence is lively. The aroma is light apple and Golden Horseshoe white wine (think Spumante Bambino). The mouthfeel is very light and heavily carbonated, again, more akin to a white wine than a cider. The flavour is light apple with hints of alcohol. It’s actually quite nice. I was a bit worried after trying their peach cider (which was more alcoholic soda pop than cider), but this is a good cider in my opinion. |
