A very good beer, but not the best IIPA I've had.

Lots of grassy maltiness balanced out by slightly bitter hops. Not as bitter as a lot of German beers, and not as 'sweet' as other Oktoberfests

The nmouthfeel is medium bodied, highly carbonated, and champagne-like. The flavour is sweet malt, light fruit, yeast, and honey. Complex flavour and aroma but not something I would try again.

The flavour is citrusy hops, grapefruit, and roasted malt character and nuts.
