2301 | Pabst Blue Ribbon Dry / Pabst Blue Ribbon 5.9 | United States | Pale Lager | 2.3
Aroma: 3 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 Brewed in Canada by Stroh Canada (at Sleeman)
October 11, 2022
Beer Store #2003 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – Millside Drive)
473ml can
5.9% ABV
Canned On: July 6, 2022
$2.15
The beer pours a translucent pale gold colour with a short-lived generous white head. Effervescence is high while lacing is minimal. The aroma is metallic in nature with hints of grains, herbal hops, and weak yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is surprisingly better than the aroma with notes of grass, yeast and a bitter hoppy finish. |

2302 | Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA | United States | IPA | 4.1
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 355ml bottle
6.0% ABV
Milton LCBO Outlet #1 (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
November 12, 2008
The beer poured a translucent reddish-gold with a generous light tan head that lingered. The aroma was hoppy with definite floral hints and citrusy tones. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, slightly high in carbonation, and crisp. The flavour was citrusy grapefruit through and through. An excellent refreshing beer. As this is now sold in LCBO stores in Ontario - I hope Canadian brewers take note and start brewing similar beers by the oceanful. |

2303 | Post Road Pumpkin Ale | United States | Spiced Beer | 3.3
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 6 12 oz bottle
5.0% ABV
I tried this beer on November 19, 2008 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent orange-red with a very thin very short-lived white head. The aroma is malty with pumpkin and spicy notes (cloves and nutmeg). The mouthfeel was medium bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour was primarily malty with some definite spiciness and a hop-laden finish. Better than the Great Lakes Pumpkin ale in my opinion. |

2304 | Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA | United States | Strong Ale | 3.3
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 6 12oz bottle
12.9% ABV (as marked on bottle)
The Beerbistro (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
November 21, 2008
The beer poured a solid golden-brown with a thin light tan coloured head. The aroma was floral in nature with some sweet malt. The mouthfeel was full-bodied, creamily thick, with medium carbonation. The flavour was sweet malt, maple sugar, with a strong hop flavour. Unlike the 60min and 90min IPAs, this beer is way too sweet, having something of a barleywine feel to it. |

2313 | Bud Light Lime | United States | Light / Lite Lager | 1.3
Aroma: 2 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 2 | Flavor: 2 | Overall: 2 America: Missouri
Brewed in Canada by the Labatt Brewing Company
October 21, 2009
LCBO Outlet #255 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – Main / Bronte)
355ml can
4.20% ABV
$1.60
I tried this beer after purchasing a single can from the 'singles' bin at one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer pours a translucent gold colour with a generous white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is phenolic in nature and not appealing at all. The mouthfeel is weak bodied, flat, and lightly carbonated (odd considering the huge head). The flavour is flat, citrusy, and weakly malty. This is a pretty bad beer even by swill standards which makes it even more surprising that the masses love it so much. |

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 650ml bottle
10.0% ABV
I tried this beer on November 27, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured an opaque brownish-black with a thin light-brown head. The aroma was roasted malt, vanilla, butterscotch, and alcohol (definitely noticeable). The mouthfeel was full bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was sweet roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, butterscotch, a bitter finish...and alcohol.

Without the alcohol aroma or taste, this beer would have scored higher. It's not a lot, but it was definitely noticeable in my sample. |
