It came to me in a glass (on draught) and appeared to be chocolate milk with a thick head. The beer was dark brown, with a medium brown head that lasted throughout the beer. The aroma was a combination of malt, chocolate, and fruits. The mouthfeel was full bodied, and not as thick as I was expecting. Nor was there a whole lot of carbonation. The flavour was full of malt, chocolate, and plums. Overall, this was a truly great experience, and completely surprised me that a stout could provide this.

The aroma was light on malt with a hint of raspberry. The mouthfeel was very weak...watery and no carbonation. The flavour was a combination of raspberry and coffee. The scary part of this beer is that after taking my notes from the first taste and writing them down..........the last 2/3 of the beer went down in maybe 5 seconds. This beer was WEAK. .

A very nice aftertaste reminded me for several minutes that I had drank this beer. This is a beer I may try again.

The bartender told me it was 'blue cheese meets beer'...I laughed....I sniffed...........and damned if he wasn't right. The colour of the beer is a reddish brown. The mouthfeel is full and creamy with some mild carbonation. The taste is very similar to the smell. Beer with Blue Cheese. This iss my first Flemish sour.....and it may be my last!

The aroma is very weak with no discernable notes of anything. The mouthfeel is watery and highly carbonated. The flavour is also very weak. No discernable taste of malt, hops, honey...or even grain. If it wasn't for the frothy head and the words 'beer' and 'biere' on the can, I would have thought with was coloured water. I'm convinced the $1.75 I paid is $1.74 too much.
