The flavour was sour to start, with alcohol the next most prominent flavour before ending with a better dose or roast, chocolate, and leather. There was a definite peppery aftertaste. This beer was not for me!

The flavour is grainy, peppery hints (and white pepper flakes are evident in the glass), citrus, and funky notes. A good saison with well hidden alcohol.
