The aroma is grassy malts, light yeast, citrus, and there is a weak hint of apple. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a balance between the tart apple notes, and the grassy malt. The finish is more tart than bitter.

The flavour is toasted grains, light hints of caramel, and a light hoppy finish. If I didn’t know any better, I would say that this beer is a Marzen / Oktoberfest. Whether it is, or isn’t….it’s a pretty good beer.
