Within a minute or two, the aroma settles into roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a hint of berry fruitiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a two pronged effort with both the roasted malt and sweet berry flavours attacking the tongue. There is some nice bitterness in the finish. Overall, a good beer!

The flavour is grains, light caramel, and a light bitter hop finish. Maybe lacking a touch of sweetness to balance out the mild bitterness, but a decent beer nonetheless.

The flavour is sweet up front with notes of molasses and roasted malt, and finishes with a sharp bitter hop kick. This is a style that more Ontario brewers need to get behind, because when done well like this one, it’s one enjoyable style.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains, light citrus, and a weak hop finish. Far from being the best IPA I’ve ever had.

The flavour is light grains, light cream, and tart cherries with a light bitter finish. I enjoyed the flavour.
