The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was yeasty, with some spiciness and malt, and a citrusy hop finish.

The aroma was dark caramel malt, candy sugar, plums, and yeast. The mouthfeel was full-bodied with ample carbonation. The flavour was sweet malt, candy sugar, yeast, dark fruit.....and a nice bitter finish. An excellent beer.

The flavour was tart fruit, and more tart fruit.

The head was tan, started out an 1" in thickness, but quickly died. The aroma was dark fruits, caramel malt, spices, and yeast. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was caramel, yeast, weak hints of molasses, and nuts. I enjoyed it a great deal. Too bad only one comes in the box.

The flavour is citrus, grains, yeast...and quite acidic. Not as good as their donker. Alcohol can certainly be tasted.

Nothing like a good Belgian yeast.

Every once in a while there is a whiff of alcohol.

The aroma was fruity and spicy with a hint of yeast. Apples and citrus were the predominant fruit notes. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and well carbonated. The first flavour note is yeast, followed by some light apple and citrus, and unfortunately, the alcohol is very noticeable.

A very good beer.

The flavour wasn't all that sweet...very reminiscent of the crabapples I used to eat as a child on the way to school. Not a lot of malty flavours or hoppy tones in this one.
