The flavour has tropical fruit notes, some definite citrusy hops, and those are rounded out with a nice malt tone. Well balanced flavours, and refreshing. Wish it was a permanent fixture.

The flavour is dominated by the tropical fruit notes with hints of grapefruit and grains in the mix. A well-done IPA by Canada's foremost IPA experimentalists!

Better than a macro lager by several football fields...but still not anywhere close to craft lager territory.

The flavour is very malty with grainy malt, and a weak hoppish bitterness in the finish. Again, not something I would revisit.

The aroma is very spicy with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon as well as notes of caramel and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is sweet caramel malt with festive spices thrown in, and a bitter earthy hop finish that doesn't linger. I quite enjoy this!
