The flavour is vegetal in nature (think green tomatoes), with hints of wheat and cereal. Not a lot of bitterness in the finish. Not likely to try the Canadian variant anytime soon either.

There is some definite tartness that bugs me. Not a lot of caramel sweetness as described on the can but there is some definite nuttiness in the flavour, and a bitter finish. Looks good, smells good, but something is lost on the tongue.
