The aroma is grainy malt, light yeast, a definite noble hop nose, and a hint of honey. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, average carbonation, and matches the textbook definition for &#39;crisp&#39;. The flavour is certainly malt forward, heavy on the grains, slightly sweet, and with a mild bitter finish. An easy drinking Helles to open the Oktoberfest season.

The aroma was very grassy with very little other discernable aromas. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, ample carbonation, with a little bitterness. The flavour was again a lot of grass with a little bit of hoppy bitterness. When it comes to Holsten brews, this is not as good as the Festbock, but better than the Premium.

The aroma is funky yeast, grass, and a light wisp of blueberries. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour has more of a blueberry punch than the aroma, and while it is still subtle, you can definitely notice it among the funky grains, and yeast flavours.
