I found this beer and liked the bottle, it's wrapped in white plastic, and I'll try any beer once. It's an ice brewed beer and that's about it. It does not have an appetizing smell or taste, very light, It's very comparable to the US's various ice beers, like bud ice. Nothing special, definitely not worth the price of a special import.

I did not like this beer at all, I'll try any beer once, but this one was just bad from the start. I thought the balance was way off, I felt like i was drinking a fruit cake or something. I had maybe four sips, and I couldn't finish the rest. I normally like christmas brews, I love something new, but this was just bad.

This was a very interesting experience. There is so much yeast on the bottom that it's almost gross! it's like a thick cream. I realize that this is for aging but it made it a little too thick, I thought I might have gotten a bad batch or something, but then again there is only one batch! This beer is really sweet, and very complex, very little hops added. My amateur mouth could not pick out all of the flavors but there was a ton of them. I didn't enjoy drinking this beer because I thought it was too much yeast. I'm going to age the other four bottles I have and see if it gets better. I expected something a little more drinkable as kalamazoo's special 5000th batch, but i still love the brewery.

A great beer, VERY complex flavors, a lot of bite. An interesting color to it.

An amazing beer to say the least. I did not store this beer for very long,so the flavors may not have melded as much as they could've. Complex, rich, almost like a think wine. An experience that I recommend to any beer lover.
