About:
I am more than 70 years of age, 25 of those years I lived and worked in Germany and I am partial to European beers. American beers just don't have the body and taste that the Europeans have developed in their beers.

Having drank a variety of Eisbock beers in Germany, when I ran across this one from Coors it tickled my curiosity. I was seriously disappointed with this failed attempt by Coors. Don't bother to try this, it's a waste of money.

For 17 of the 25 years I lived in Germany this was my one and only beer, it all started after I went on a guided tour of the brewery in Lich. Naturally at the end of the tour we were offered our choice of their products, I choose the Pilsner. Our tour guide explained that to enjoy the Pilsner to the fullest extent the beer must be served at a temperature between 38 and 42 degrees F. I have discovered over the years that he was totally correct. The forced draught is my favorite, I even built a bar in my cellar with a forced draught system, I always insured my beer was kept at 38 degrees F. Licher aus dem herzen der natur.
