Thanks to PaleAleRider for this can from brewery. Pours a slight hazy golden colour with an amber-pinkish hue. The shows this warmth with some frothiness, bubble, good stay and foamy lacing. The hibiscus and rose hips gives a nice fruitiness to the nose. The taste has this as well, but the lower alcohol makes all lighter. Bière de table it is, with added fruitiness, so nice for what this does.

Pours a nice clear topaz with a thick ivory head. Aroma presents crisp malt and a hint of apple - nothing else, but on the other hand I'm not expecting much. Flavor gives crisp malt with a hint of sweet apple. Texture features fair fizz and so-so body. Not too shabby.

Drank some Dominion City Northfield Farmhouse Ale
Alright, that's it for tonight. Tomorrow, some more. A decent, easy-drink Saison.

Bottle from brewery showing 6.8% ABV. now (written Foeder-Fermented). Pours a golden colour with a white cap that stays on top of the brew with creamy foam because of the heavy carbonation. The Brett is present with earthiness and funk, but not in your face. All well-blended with the Saison notes of citrus, grassiness and light Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is quite light, with more of the chemical bitterness from the hops. The citrusy notes are quite low. Kind of an easy-drinking Saison for a higher alcohol content. Good to go with food.

Drank some Heritage Estate Dragon's Gold Cider
Was the truest of three ciders I had today. Nothing out of this world, but does the job to those who like normal ciders.

Can that pours a golden colour with a fizzy head that dissipates quickly. The nose is nice with not only freshly squeezed apples, but some bready notes and hints of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is fairly dry. Flavours of the apples which are not really sweet, but just nicely fruity. A well-balanced cider that is closer to a regular one, in the last three ciders I just rated today.

I do not care that is it vegan, but please make this at least taste and smell like a nice cider. I love ciders. This one I doubt.

Pours a clean, very, very light yellow with a fizzy white cap that is gone fast. Weird aromas with some chemical notes, mild apple juice and alcohol. It almost has this hockey locker smell to it. It almost taste like wet sock juices. Thankfully the apples are there to balance things in the finish. It is fairly sweet, but not much lingers. In the end, it is fine.

Can from LCBO that pours a clean, light yellow colour with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Herbal nose with the mint that reminds me of herbal teas over the mild apple base. The basil does come out a little more in the mouth and again, the apples in the mix are light. Not much sweetness, as I do not see sugars added, and the mint and basil seem to cover the apples. This is quite a different cider, but good for those how like their ciders - not sweet, and on the dry side.
