This poured out 100% black with a nice brown head. The aroma of raspberries will hit you fro across the room. The mouth feel is thin for a Imperial Stout. The flavor is raspberries charred wood and spice.

Well this one poured out a solid brown almost black color. I can’t shine a light through it. I can’t really get a good sniff of the aroma. The mouthfeel is not very thick for a Imperial Stout. The can states it has cardamom in it what ever that is but I just taste ginger.

Taps barely translucent peach with a nice parchment head. Aroma features sweet tropical, tangy citrus, zesty stone fruit, resiny hops and crisp malt. Flavor puts piney hops up front, but all the fruit notes are there, plus fresh malt. Texture provides firm body and lively fizz. Continue your education.

Added a beer to Monday Night Brewing
Monday Night Continuing Education, a 7.2% IPA: Hopped with Comet, Sultana, Ekuanot, Citra and Mosaic, this unfiltered IPA screams citrus and stonefruits. Wheat and aciduated malt provide the smooth mouthfeel and enhances the flavor profile
