Pours clear topaz with a fair ivory head. Aroma provides tart pomme and stone fruit plus raw malt, not strong but inviting. Flavor offers stronger tones of tart and sweet peach, tart apple, raw malt, a bit of woody hops. Texture yields fair body and perky fizz. Book a glass.

Can that pours an unfiltered golden colour with a slight amber hue. The off-white head has decent stay with some frothy lacing. Aromas of oranges with some skunky notes and sweet malts. The mouthfeel is dry enough, but not too the max. Bitter tasting with the hops and citrus character. A decent Double IPA, but not as good as the Long Trail Vermont Double IPA I just had before.

Added a beer to Rock Art Brewery
Rock Art Limited Access, a 7.5% Imperial IPA: Limited Access is a Double IPA with a smooth taste. The Australian Galaxy hop drives the flavor of this beer, giving it hints of citrus, passionfruit, and tropical fruit.

Can that pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy off-white head, good stay and some dirty, thin-creamy lacing. Sweet fruity citrus hop aromas with mostly oranges over the caramel malts. The taste shows sweetness as well. Like the yeast is sugary. All with the oranges and other sweet tropical fruits. Like mangoes. Hints of pineapples. Some decent grassy hops in the finish, but does not drag. Mild warming alcohol, as well not lingering. A very good NEIPA. Juicy and well-balanced.

500ml can
4.5% ABV
Canned On: November 15, 2018
LCBO # 255 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – Main / Bronte)
April 22, 2019
$2.95
The beer pours a cloudy straw gold colour with a rocky white cap which lasts 2-3 minutes. The aroma is grainy malt, weak pine, , light caramel, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is interesting. There is definitely a piney grainy taste, but there is a sweet apple flavour as well. In some way, there is a crweam ale feel to this.

The aroma was oranges, grass, light musty hops, and pine.. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was decent with up front flavours of malt and fruit, and a mild hop finish. Not a lot of bitterness but some decent fruit flavours.
