In 2010, Markus Hoppe brewed his first beer in his parents’ garage. With a passion for his handcraft, Markus experimented with all beer types from Märzen Beer to double IPA, composing and constantly refining his own creations over time. After completing his training, he travelled to the Island of Mauritius to work in a restaurant brewery. This was his first opportunity to brew in large volumes and bring his creations to the people. Thrilled with the reaction of his guests, Markus returned home with one aim – to expand his range back in Bavaria. Here in Germany, Markus makes his ideas reality on a small experimental brewery. Once the recipe has reached complete maturity, the Master Brewer leases the facilities of a brewery to produce his product on a larger scale. This is the handcraft of brewing, quality its sole aim, in harmony with the German Purity Law. It takes the daily help of the whole family and many friends to create, label, deliver, market and of course drink this fine product of water, malt, hops and yeast - its unmistakable taste far away from any classic beer you may know.
