Lexington was primed for local craft beer and these gentlemen wanted to bring their passion and expertise to the local beer scene. This is where wanting to foster tradition with innovation was born. Blue Stallion Brewing specializes in boldly traditional German style ales and lagers. We offer approachable beers, such as light lagers along with trendy IPAs and various sours. This hybrid of constantly brewing truly authentic German beers and pulling off new stylish trends, we believe we offer something truly unique to the Lexington beer scene.
