Anderson's Hilltop Market is an old-fashioned, full-service supermarket offering fresh meats and produce, a large selection of local produce and now offers a wide variety of import and craft beers as well as your favorite national brands. The store is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. We carry your groceries out. You can park in front of the store for easy access. The meat department will do special cuts of meat. We do custom orders for civic groups, corporations, family reunions, etc. We offer Oak Ridge's freshest beef, pork and chicken, and we still cut and wrap all our meat in our store. Anderson's Hilltop Market has plans to enlarge its meat department by installing more linear feet of meat cases and installing a full-service counter offering deli sliced meat and thick cuts of beef and pork. The meat manager is Adam Parson, and meat specialist is Chris Patterson.
