Courtesy of newlywed BeerHunter. Pours a light amber yellow with a decent foamy head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas are a little fruity with a little banana, peach and orange, then some fairly sweet malts and a dose of hops. Taste is sweeter and maltier than expected but very smooth with a slight fruitiness like the aroma and fair amount of hops in the finish.

This was a well balanced beer. Normally I love malt and despise hops, but this had just enough of both. It was a well made Ale because it had a subtle fruitiness to it.

Rich flavors on medium bodied pale ale. I am not too far from hinterland brewery, it might be a good to try some other brews. Hm... 24 March '08 Update: I notice well balanced, astringed mild hop taste. Aroma is slightly floral, a little citrus fruit, perhaps a peach or two. Otherwise, appealing, and enjoyable- refreshing, clear crisp taste.
