Our lightest beer . A great organic beer. With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers. Made with pale, wheat, carastan and carapils malts. Hopped with Cascade, Saaz and Tettnang hops. Made with pride and great taste from the worlds first certified organic brewery. Surprisingly nice hoppy aroma, floral notes, some slight hints of honey as it warms. Prickly mouthfeel from the carbonation, golden body with a cap that fizzed up and receded quickly, leaving some random lace. the hops are present in the flavor but not as much as the aroma suggested, some wheat with a dry finish. Overall it was better than i expected, a nice blonde.

Pours a hazy blonde with a fleeting head with a faint ring on the outside of the glass with no lacing. The aroma is a sweet grainy sweetness topped by a delicate hop aroma. The taste is mild malts, medium hops. The mouthfeel is light bodied, with a clean crips and refreshing.

red flag: This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers. which means...booooring. nothing wrong with it, but they're more concerned with being approachable to the masses than actually being good. simple, crisp brew...nothing much here.

An orange amber colored beer. A moderate sized white head, foamy in texture. Some hang time. Not overly impressive. Light film on glass and small light lumps left atop the body of the beer. Aroma is sweet and malty. Nothing else. Full bodied and nice smoothy creaminess. Sweet tasting beer. Big carbonation. Gentle bitterness on the aftertaste. Not bad for an ‘organic beer’.

This is not your typical blonde ale- and I was more than ok with that. Pours a cloudy muddy orange colour with a medium sized white floral head. Aroma is particularly hoppy. Strong floral accents. Similar to what you would find in a flower garden on a warm spring day. Flavor is slightly hopped, fruity with a touch of spice in the finish. Great beer, and like i said my kind of blonde!!

Medium gold color. A medium bodied blonde ale. Mild malts, medium hops. Good balance. More kick than most blonde ales. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is malty and slightly bitter.
