This version of their Stout is only available at the small pub located in one of the restaurants the two brothers own. They add a one-ounce shot of espresso to every pint. It pours with a small tan head that leaves no lacing. The alcohol/malt offset the rich coffee flavor at first but the bitter java taste is noticable in the middle and finish along with some malt notes. I do not mind a hint of coffee flavor in my beer but this was a bit too much. Unfortunetly I did not have a chance to try the stout without the added espresso.
