Zonderik 100, is a high fermentation blond beer with fermentation in the bottle. The name refers to the purity of ingredients. 4 cereals (barley, wheat, oats, rye) and 100% Belgian hops (Magnum as bittering, Golding as aroma hops) are the pure ingredients with which this pure blonde beer is brewed. The fermentation is necessary carbon dioxide in the beer brought, that makes for a nice sparkle in the glass and a nice white head. The words "pure" and "pure" describe the ambiance of this beer.
