Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

Pint can pours with a deep dark mahogany colored body that supported a brief collection of tan bubbles. The aroma offers up caramel, boozy barrel character, a touch of dark roasted malts and chocolate and then bits of dark fruity esters. The taste delivers an array of smooth integrated beery depth. It starts with caramel and a growing toffee sweetness and quickly picking up sweet dark fruity esters. To midway the snippets of dark roasted malts and dark chocolate bubble to the surface as the boozy barrel notes begin to counter and thin the body out a bit. Solid sipper.
