Join us at the Walkerville Brewery as we release the second beer of our Barrel Series. After 6 months in bourbon barrels, the original garnet colour of our Scotch Ale has darkened with age to a deep ruby red. The beer maintains its signature sweet and malty character, but is now complimented by vanilla and toffee notes from the bourbon barrel. The dark roasted malts used in brewing the beer deliver a refreshing, slightly dry finish.
