Humleguf is brewed using a mix of wheat and barley malts and categorized as a blonde. We started using coriander and orange in every brew and this is what lead up to Sommerøl which is brewed without coriander. Humleguf has a spicy flavor from the coriander and a fruity aroma and flavor from the orange. The hops is Styrian Golding. Humleguf has received good reviews from many and will be brewed again.

750 ml bottle, unlabeled, many thanks to yngwie! Orange to amber colour, huge off-white head. Lovely hoppy aroma (Styrian Goldings), notes of spices, hints of oak. The flavour is fairly sweet and fruity with notes of oranges, apricot, brown sugar and spices (notably coriander). Some bitterness in the finish. Good beer!
