500ml bottle into pint glass. Pours a clear golden bronze with a sudsy white head. Quintessential English aroma of malt and hops. Lightly carbonated. Zingy in the mouth, medium bodied. Taste and finish are typically subtle for an English ale. There’s a light citric bitterness followed by a little smoky malt. The sort of beer you could sit in a beer garden and drink all afternoon. Nice summer quaffer.
