Our newest beer is distributed in bottles (6 packs, 12 packs and cases), kegs and arrived in Northern and Central New York on February 9th. By the end of February you will find TIPA in hundreds of bars, restaurants and retail package stores throughout our area. It is a traditional strong American Pale Ale with an assertive hop bite, pleasant hop aroma and a nice malt backbone. Come visit and see The Thousand Islands and bring home our TIPA!

Pours a clear copper with medium off-white head. Aroma is of grassy hops with a hint of pepper. Taste is similar--bitter and peppery. Overall, not a bad beer but the spicy finish didn't do it for me.

Poured a nice clear amber with tan head and lacing. This is a good looking beer. The carbonation level is active and compliments the beers as a whole. I was not thrilled with the aroma nor the flavor. Way too hoppy. The high level of hops gave the beer a bitter grassy taste that I didn't enjoy the aroma came off grassy with a bit of skunk
