Devil’s Chair IPA packs a sinister punch of bright, fruity hops and a dry, bitter finish that won’t let go! Legend has it that if an unopened can of beer is placed on the Devil’s chair in Cassadaga, Florida at midnight, it will be empty the next morning. It seems The Prince of Darkness also enjoys a cold beer. Original Description At 6.66% ABV and 55 IBU, Devil’s Chair IPA packs a sinister punch of bright, fruity hops and a dry, bitter finish that won’t let go! Original ABV: 6.66%

Pours clear topaz with a very thick and fairly persistent eggshell head. Aroma offers resiny hops riding undertones of citrus and fresh malt. Flavor delivers zesty piney hops, fresh malt and tangy citrus. Mouthfeel features fair body and fizz, and a hoppily bitter finish. Devilishly good.

A nice well-balanced all-around IPA. Nothing really that stands out, yet very smooth and crisp. Kind of a West-Coast/Florida IPA hybrid. Has a semi-cloudy medium orange appearance. About medium malt for the style....decent amount of hops. Red Cypress is about as local as it gets for me, so given the proximity and freshness, I am certain this will be in the rotation.
