This smooth yet surprisingly light Stout offers hazelnut and coffee aromas with a hint of chocolate. Light bodied with a rich and nutty flavour that is complimented by notes of lightly roasted coffee and a subtle malt finish.

Pours a dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. The head is light beige, creamy, nicely lasting, leaving some beautiful creamy lacing. Aromas of burnt malts with some black coffee grinds. It is a little nutty with hints of vanilla. These two seem to show up more in the taste. Not crazy sweet, but well-balanced with the hops giving a decent dryness. Good nuttiness with the hazelnuts. Going down nicely as my second coffee stout of the night (other being Old Tomorrow Double Up).

The beer pours a coca-cola black with a huge generous light brown head that lasted a few minutes. The aroma is roasted nuts, coffee, molasses, and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is nutty malt, coffee, and vanilla. A pleasant nutty stout.
