Trailhead Red is a full-flavored, medium-bodied American-style pale ale. Dark crystal malt combines with pale 2-row, Munich, and wheat malts to create a beautifully deep, red-amber colored brew. We add four varieties of Northwest hops to give this brew a noticeable hop spank and wonderful mouth feel. Yeast Strain: WyEast 1056 (American Ale) Hop Profile: Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade Malt Profile: Gambrinus 2-row Pale, ESB, and Wheat, Briess Crystal-80L and Munich-10L
