Das Yummy is back again and in the form of a sweet banana cream pie. Warm notes of vanilla, wafer, and graham cracker keep this sour very mildly tart (a refreshing change from some of our pucker monsters!) while the hefty banana addition gives it a thick and creamy mouthfeel. Pours opaque apricot with a good ivory head. Aroma offers banana - serious banana - plus tart stone and citrus fruit and creamy fresh malt with more than a hint of vanilla. Flavor delivers more banana, as well as tart and sour fruit, fresh malt and sweet vanilla. Texture presents good firm body and lively fizz. Go bananas!
