Big thanks to dak for sharing this North Coast treat. The 750mL bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up clean malt sweetness, some honey, honeydew fruitiness and a mild spicy yeastiness. The taste is a bit prickly with carbonation. I get a touch of grainy malts and then some sweet sugary malts and a slice of apple. The spicy Belgian yeastiness hits about midway and helps dry out the experience.
