Hydra est une nouvelle souche de levure qui est particulièrement bien adapté au style de bière que nous produisons. Elle permet d'optimiser le côté fruité et aromatique des houblons, à notre plus grand bonheur! Nous avons donc décidé de l'utiliser pour créer une toute nouvelle version de notre Catnip, en parallèle avec la version originale.

Hazy, golden-yellow colour with a white cap, leaving some soapy lacing. A juicy-fruity nose with pineapple notes, blended with lemon zest and other citrus juices. This continues into the flavours. A juicy mouthfeel with just a tad dryness in the finish. Quite a nice, refreshing, fruity IPA with the Hydra yeast adding a boost of juiciness.
