Aged with Chili de arbol peppers. The earthy pepper character mingles with the dark roasted tones of Dragon’s Milk as spice slowly warms your palate.

This poured out 100% black with a nice brown head. The aroma of raspberries will hit you fro across the room. The mouth feel is thin for a Imperial Stout. The flavor is raspberries charred wood and spice.

Taps opaque dark chocolate brown with a thin but serviceable light tan head. Aroma presents roast malt, smoky, molasses and mocha tones. Got me going Pavlov! Delightful flavor delivers roast malt, coffee, pepper, smoky, coffee and cocoa tones. Pepper is just enough to get your attention without making your palate feel in need of the fire department. Mouthfeel features firm body and good fizz, while finish has peppery, roast malt and mocha tones. Maybe this is what dragon’s milk really tastes like--

Small top bubbles that quickly dropped out. Lots of Aroma of Bourbon and possibly lemon , taste of heavy alcohol(not over powering , but noticed) followed by some raspberry notes and warmth. Not sure how much i like this one yet, but have more to sample.

Pours a fairly big and thick frothy creamy brownish head but doesn't stay very long. Has a very dark brown appearance. Lacing is ok. Aromas of roasted malts, vanilla and spices. Flavours are dark roasted malts, chocolate, coffee. Alcohol is quite noticeable but not at all offensive. The bourbon like notes are subtle. Smooth and velvety mouthfeel. A bit of a warming sensation.
