Big thanks to jarlbartar for bonusing me this brew. Pours deep golden brown with distinguished half inch white head. The nose is full of roasty maltiness, nuttiness and mild yeast spiciness. The initial moment of flavor seems to start out like a typical brown with a charge of malt astringency. But here it is faint and very brief. The taste quickly becomes rich, smooth, malty and nutty. The roastiness starts first then nuttiness enters along with faint caramel candy. Nice mild nutty after taste. Very nice.
