We spent nearly a year developing the Blonde. It's what we call a hybrid - somewhere between a lager and an ale. The aromatic fruity hops give it an amazing nose and the lager malts add to the unique flavour. A distinctive and individual beer that we're very proud of.

Cask@some Nicholsons in London. Ambery brown colour with small off-white head. Aroma is grass, wood, some mild fruity and fliral hoppy notes. Flavour is wood, grass, some caramel and also mildly herbal. This brew is likely being brewed at Cropton.

I heard about this beer due to the tv show that followed the story of the brewery forming , the beer itself is a light blonde ale with an almost IPA quality , hoppy and fruity its a nice refreshing drink , I found it went very well with a good curry .
