Our wit (white) beer is an old style Belgian wheat-ale, spiced with Curacao bitter orange peel and coriander. Light and exotic... A party in your mouth!

Taps clear straw yellow with a nice porcelain head. Aroma features fresh malt with coriander and citrus undertones. Flavor offers wheaty, malty, citrus and coriander tones, refreshing and pleasing. Mouthfeel delivers so-so body and fair fizz. Get wacky with it.

Sampled at brewpub. Murky pale color with some head and lacing. Lots of orange flavor. Sweet, fruity and yeasty. Enjoyable, but none of the peppery spice that makes a belgian wit a belgian wit. Hints of coriander. Good, but not really true to style.

On tap @ Moon River Brewing in Savannah, GA. Pours a light golden straw color with a slight head and nice sporadic lacing. Aromas consist of orange and lemon, coriander and spices, and sweet floral. Taste is very refreshing with the blend of citrus and spice melding nicely to create a very nice mellow wit. Good on a scorching day in Savannah.

A cloudy yellow appearance. The aroma is slightly spicy and floral with some coriander and lemons present. The flavor is somewhat sour with some oranges and lemons. The aftertaste is rather creamy. Overall a pretty good witbier.

Pale yellow with appropriate cloudiness and a nice, white head. The coriander and orange are pronounced and create a very pleasant aroma. The body is fairly dry and refreshing with a slight bit of tartness in the end. A very tasty witbier. Easily in the top tier of the style.
