Pours out in an almost opaque dark brown colour with a small creamy off-white foam. Rich malty aroma of fudge, soil, sweet licorice, peat, butter and grass with undertones of earth and sweet red berries. Medium-bodied with solid flavours of fudge, peat, leaves, anise and over-riped red berries. Solid and creamy mouthfeel. Medium-bitter finish of peat, sweet licorice, fudge and milky chocolate. Well done, Cassino.
