Double Up is a 5lb/bbl dry-hopped, 2X West Coast IPA collab with Cascade Brewing. We took this IPA as far west as we could with NZ Cascade hops which lend an aroma of dank pineapple on the nose. Ekuanot hops bring in bold melon flavor but Simcoe hops turn Double Up aggressively bitter similar to how COVID-19 did 2020.

Taps slightly hazy amber with a good buff head. Aroma yields citrus and tropical fruit plus piney hops. Flavor delivers piney and mainly woody hops, juicy orange and grapefruit with some tropical character, rough raw malt. Texture offers nice body, peppy fizz, and a citrus and tropical finish. Double up on your beer - and maybe on a ride.
