Part of the Black Tie series. Bed Head Imperial Coffee IPA is an 8.4% collaboration between local coffee roasters Batdorf & Bronson and ourselves. The brewers met with their roasters to come up with a unique hop profile and a custom coffee roast to pair well together.

Comes out of the tap a clear mahogany with a thick buff head that leaves generous lacing. Malty aroma has a strong woody hop overtone. Hoppy flavor has notes of coffee and malt plus hints of caramel and - cinnamon? Firm, smooth texture has some good fizz. Let us hope that your bed head after this is at home, and not jail - or the hospital.
