Dans une petite ville côtière, vivait une jeune fille dont les rêves s'étendaient bien au-delà des étendues de l'océan. Son cœur débordait d'un désir fébrile, et son esprit voguait sans cesse au-delà de l'horizon. Une nuit étoilée, un sage, contemplant la sphère céleste, lui dit : "Vois-tu là-bas, c'est le méridien, une ligne imaginaire qui guide les voyageurs et les explorateurs à travers la Terre, tout comme toi."

A slightly hazed, golden colour with a fizzy off-white head that disappears pretty quickly, leaving no lacing. Beautiful fresh corriander, herbal nose with nice wheat-banana notes as base. Unfortunately, some sourness shows up in the taste, almost like infections - just not as bad. And just not something I would see in a witbier. The rest found in the aromas is present in the background. A very nice smelling witbier, but too bad about the sourness in the taste. The three first brew I had from this brewery were pretty solid, so sad to see this happen with the forth one.
