This was brewed using only mash and dry hopping. It starts with a mild malty sweetness followed by a nice floral flavor and finishes with just a mild balancing bitterness.

Had at Jean Bonnett's and Marzoni's .. pours a deep gold orange .. good foam .. lacing was good .. . when i had it first, to me it seemed like a slightly hoppy marzen, quite a sweet beer .. tasted crisper at marzoni's, M.A liked it quite a bit .. had with my first meal at JB's- thick cut potato skins, filled me up
