Brew No. 5 from M & S is a strong amber ale, flavored with anise. Conceived as an alternative to champagne at New Years Eve. 23:59. A perfect fit for cake. Enjoy the cool, preferably in the champagne glass. Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, spices and yeast.

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, mild spices and quite big bittery and mildly tart notes as well. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, caramelly, herbal and a bit spicy. Quite balanced and nice.
