En fusion/mix af flere stilarter. Humlet som en IPA med tysk og tjekkisk humle. Styrke, farve og co2-indhold som en Trippel. Krydret med appelsinskal fra økologiske appelsiner og nelliker i anledning af julen. Maltsødme og undergæret som en Bock. Ingredienser: Vand, bygmalt, humle, krydderier og gær.

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small head. Aroma is wheat, fruits, some floral notes as well as mild yeastyness. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild spices and also some mild tart notes.
