Het winnende recept "Klapperdieklop" van Fons Ronde tijdens Bierfestival Groningen. Middeleeuws haverbier gebrouwen met hedendaagse inzichten en frisheid. Een bier met een stevige schuimkraag en een fijne body. De toepassing van verschillende hopsoorten geven het bier een fijne aroma en een pittig karakter. De haver zorgt voor een zachte afdronk. De toevoeging van traditioneel gebrande mout geeft het bier de mooie lichte koperkleur.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, some mild wooden and heral notes along with some bready malts as well. Flavour is grains, bready malts, some herbs and mild grassyness. and earth. Hides the abv very well.
