This isn’t a beer I want two or three of in a setting. However one is pretty damn interesting. A perfect balance of chocolate and peppermint. This would be a great beer to break out for friends at a Christmas party.

Pours transparent sepia with a good tan head. Aroma features sweet mint, chocolate and roast malt - yes, this is a holiday beer! Flavor delivers mint, peppermint, chocolate, roast malt, a hint of woody hops. Texture yields decent body and peppy fizz. Happy whatever-you-celebrate-in-December!
