On cask at the Whole Foods / CCB Cask Event. It pours hazy muddy amber with thin tan head. The aroma starts spicy with hops to go along with some pine hops, some vague sugary sweetness and a vague sugary dark fruitiness. The taste is awash with spicy pine hops giving up a yum response from my senses and then getting mildly sweet with malts as well as dark roasted maltiness. And then toward the finish a little bit of dark fruity esteriness show up with plums and very ripe cherries off in the background. Nice hop forward goodness here.
