12oz bottle pours clear gold with thin off white head of foam. The aroma is nice and citrusy with a mix of grapefruit and tangelo with little else going on. But with this little beer what more could you want? On a somewhat thin watery palate the taste delivers the same citrus notes noted in the nose. It has a mix of bitter citrus like hops that get meekly filled in by thin streams of citrusy hop flavor. Nice flavorful session brew but good gravy was this expensive, almost $11 for a six? What! So that bothered me and I’d easily plunk down $9.99 instead for some Sugga or Undercover or better yet GnarlyWine. For me the high price takes away from the experience.
