Surprised to see this bottle conditioned ale from a smaller local brewery in the liquor store so I bought a bottle. Dark golden in color with way too much head - either too much sugar in the bottling or it's contaminated... Aroma was interesting, acidic and yeasty notes created a musty chardonnay like character. Mouthfeel was very thin and flat on the tongue. Sweet malty, yeasty flavor was weak in general - tasted a bit like an N/A beer. Finish was mild and sweet and not really pleasant. Pretty poor showing - was probably much better in the pub.
